Reserva Natural Fin Del Mundo - Hiking Mocoa - Colombia

Some may believe the Fin del Mundo (End of the World) exists at the very tip of South America. But in the north of the continent, in Colombia's Putumayo region, there is another place where the world seemingly ends. Here, a beautiful waterfall plunges 80 meters (262 ft.) into dense jungle. However, the R铆o Dantayaco provides a fantastic journey for travelers before reaching that point. An hour's walk through the forest leads to the first pool, Pozo de los Dantas, where you can swim at the foot of a small cascade. The river continues meandering, forming numerous small waterfalls and swimming holes which are edged by rough sand beaches.
