You can pretty much count on one hand the number of restaurants in Puerto Nariño. You haven’t much choice, especially in the evening. Most have set hours for serving meals, so you will have to plan accordingly. In general, food is a bit more expensive here.
In the back part of the Perros Freddy building are several rustic eateries that serve lunch. The place to pick up groceries in town is the general store on Carrera 7, between Calles 7 and 8, near the waterfront. A basic market sets up during the day at Carrera 7 and Calle 8.
