Many of Villavicencioâ€™s banks are on Calle 38, including: BBVA (Ca. 38, 31-74) and Banco Popular (Ca. 38, near Cra. 30a), which both have ATMs; and Bancolombia (Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Ca. 38, 32-27), which changes American Express travelerâ€™s checks in addition to having an ATM.
The city has a quantity of casas de cambio, most located in the Centro Comercial Centauros (Cra. 31, 37-32). One is EuroDivisas
(daily 8 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2-7 p.m. Local 79, 2nd level. Tel: 662-8361). This mall is also where you will find Western Union/Giros y Finanzas

Villavicencio has a Telecom office (Ca. 37, 42-12), but the city has many other local and national call services as well. The post office, 4-72 (Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-noon and 2-6 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m.-noon) is located at Calle 39, 32-02. Internet is somewhat common, with cyber cafĂ©s mostly located on Calle 38 past the main plaza; most charge $0.80 per hour. (Cra. 42 and Ca. 33) and Hospital San Luis
(Ca. 35 and Cra. 44D). Pharmacies are especially concentrated on Calle 38, between Carreras 30 and 32.
