Ipiales has national and international flights leaving from Aeropuerto de San Luís, six kilometres from the city, directly to Bogotá, Puerto Asís, Cali and Neiva, with connections to all other points in the country. Sam, Tame, Aces and Avianca are some of the companies providing service.
