The loose, clean styles, creative designs, and vibrant Caribbean colors reveal Cartagena’s hip and lively fashion scene. The prices (about 100 U.S. dollars for a swimsuit, sandals, or dress), however, are peculiarly high, so if you are looking for better bargains, you will have better success shopping on the blocks around Calles Badillo and Moneda.
