Hostal Mar Azul

By far the best value in El Centro, Hostal Mar Azul is a colorful little gem on the second floor of a colonial building on Calle de la Moneda. The walls are painted with bright Caribbean colors and the place exudes a happy and sweet vibe. Some of the ten rooms have air conditioning and all have private baths. There is a computer with internet that is available for guest use. The only downside to this cute hostel is that the hallways are very narrow and the rooms themselves are a bit small. For that reason, big or tall people might feel a bit claustrophobic staying here. Aside from this small setback, enjoy your stay.
