Perhaps not offering the challenging dives and immersions available in the Galapagos or elsewhere in the Pacific, Providencia boasts crystalline and calm rarely unsettled waters and an abundance of marine life. Both novice divers and seasoned professionals will enjoy diving here. In addition to this, Providencia may be a perfect place to come and learn to dive, don’t be put off by the islanders’ laid back and lackadaisical attitudes in their day to day business, the diving equipment is well cared for and the tuition is of international standard.
