The first thing that strikes you upon arriving at the Cocoplum are the vibrant colours used to paint the buildings. Then there is a stretch of white sandy beach with amply sized hammocks out front. There are 24 double rooms and 14 family suites making this a large venture although it feels as if everything is crammed into a peculiarly small area. It must be noted that views of the beach cost extra from front facing rooms. The buildings lack a little love and care and could do with some modernising.

Once you are here though you are unlikely to leave with restaurant facilities and a bar making this a fine family or romantic choice for accommodation.

Getting There:
Located around the island from the main town of San Andres, your options are a taxi, some 20 minutes or a bus...longer. Follow the signs leaving San Andres to San Luis and the Cocoplum is on the ocean side.

Price Description:Prices fluctuate between low and high seasons and what plan you buy. Clearly the most expensive plan will include all three meals.
