Only legitimate Italian ingredients are used at El Sabor de Italia, thus guaranteeing authentic Italian flavors. Antipastos start your meal off with a traditional touch ($6.30-11). Then choose pasta largo (spaghetti) or corto (fusseli) to bed one of the 14 fresh-made sauces ($8.50-13.70). Lucas may be a paisano from the North of Italy, but his creations come from all regions of the nation, including as-real-as-you-can-get-in-Colombia Sicilian cannolis and cassatta cake, though only on the weekends ($4.20). The only non-Italian items on the menu are the Chilean and Argentinean wines. Open Wednesday-Monday, noon-2 p.m., 7-10 p.m.; closed Tuesdays.
