Ben & Josep serves other dishes, but let’s talk about what has made this place famous: the steaks. Not just any steak, but the filet mignon. These are tender, even when cooked medio crudo (half-raw or very rare). Why is Ben and Josep’s steaks so special? Because they directly purchase the animal from the farmer and butcher it themselves. You can have your chunk of meat natural or with a black pepper, barbecue or bleu cheese sauce. With a sidewalk table, this is a perfect way to watch the sun set.
Open Monday-Saturday 4 p.m.-1 a.m. Food service begins at 6 p.m.
