Traveler Reviews of El Miramar II Taganga Sea-View and Tsunami Café Bar

Oso Perezoso Tsunami Bar (Miramar Taganga Seaview)

There are signs up now on both corners and they are included in the NEW Lonely Planet as the #1 listing. Cool Place. Amazing sunsets from the rooftop bar. We chose the hammocks and stayed 10 days more than we'd planned. Seriously the best breakfast we have had in 8 months of travel in South America. Funny Parrot. Really cute baby and other small creatures. Very Friendly, Awesome Location. The owners know everything and sent us to Tayrona, Lost City, and Diving when we were not staying there. Very cool.

I LOVE TAGANGA!!

I just went to Miramar in both Santa Marta and Taganga and had the best time. Very friendly. Great Food! Very Nice atmosphere. Very Peaceful. Central and only a block to beach... really sweet. Very highly recommended. Nice swimming in Taganga too. The owner knows all the dive shop owners and gives good recommendations and can get you good discounts. We also booked the Lost City with them and the guide, Manuel, who hangs out at hotel in Santa Marta has done the Ciudad Perdida guides for over 20 years and is a super laid back, helpful, friendly guy.

AWESOME GOOD TIMES!!!

This hotel is a cool place, great views, diving, hiking, snorkeling, food, juices and AWESOME GOOD TIMES!!! Really was a treat to have a break from rundown hotels to be in a clean place with fresh linens, private showers, new mattresses, magazines in rooms, art on the wall, etc...
