There are two bus terminals in Tolú. The terminal by Parque Principal serves long distance buses to Cartagena, Medellín, and beyond. Buses leave nearly every hour in the mornings from 7:30 until noon, picking up again hourly in the afternoons from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. The other terminal services closer destinations such as Sincelejo and Coveñas. These buses are more frequent — about every half hour.
