The only bank in town (pray it is open or that their two ATM machines are working) is Banco de Colombia, located right next to the long distance bus terminal in Parque Principal. The best internet café, with lightning fast broadband at $1 per hour, is conveniently located east of the other local bus terminal at the corner of Carrera 2 and Calle 17. The best place to stock up on groceries and goods is at the southeastern corner of Parque Principal. Laundry is available at any home for rent or hotel, and all charge $1 per kilo (or thereabout). The hospital in Tolú is on the park on your way out of town, across the street from the gas station.
