If you're looking for a perfectly good and cheap lunch, you will find it on Tolú's “Restaurant Row,” which begins at the boardwalk and extends one block along Calle 20. Twenty great little stalls serve up fresh fish with rice and salad for just three bucks. Locals fill up the stools around lunchtime, so scope out the most popular stall (like “Fonda La Gordita”), sidle along and enjoy your meal.
