At Jerusalem Express, Lebanese-born Ibraham and his Colombian wife have introduced Valduparenses to healthy Middle Eastern cuisine. Of course, vegetarians, there’s plenty on the menu for you, like spinach fatayer, garbanzo or eggplant tahini and falafel shwarma. Can’t make up your mind? Order the combo plate ($5.30).
