Valledupar’s resident Chinese restaurant, Muralla China, has over 80 Sino dishes as well as a few international ones. Start off your meal with lumpia (eggrolls, $2.90 for two) or a seafood cocktail ($8-13.70) before moving on to one of the classic Chinese plates, in either half or full order: chow fan (fried rice), chop suey, chow mein or lo mein prepared with chicken, beef or seafood ($4-14). With these plates there are also vegetarian options. The meat-centered preparations include those in oyster sauce or curry. Open daily 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
