The expression cheap and cheerful could not apply to a nicer, more pleasant place in Bahia Solano. Family run and owned the Las Palmas does set menus for lunch and dinner that price out at roughly $4. Of course the most obvious platter, preceded by a soup, will be fried fish, rice and plantains. But they also stock cuts of beef and chicken.
