Whatever meal you choose to eat at Restaurante Alta Mar, the upstairs, open-sided dining room gives you a commanding view of the sea. Carressed by the fresh morning breeze, you can enjoy breakfast from 7-9 a.m., for $2.65. The excellently prepared luncheon blue-plate special, served 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., includes soup, the main dish of fish or meat, rice, patacon (fried plaintain), and salad, and a large fresh fruit drink, all for $4.20. The sea food à la carte menu ($9.50-19.50) is served any time of day, until 9 p.m., giving you the opportunity to watch the sunset while bathed by the evening wind.
