A cane-slat picket fence zigzags around a sand-floored restaurant. Within this small space are only two tables. Like the old saying, great things come in small packages, so it is at Restaurant Isa. Here the señora lends personalized service and dishes up generous portions at the most excellent prices. It’s a simple menu she offers: friche ($3.70), arroz con camarones ($3.70), fish ($5.30), langostinos ($6.35) and lobster ($8). All come with a tomato-onion salad, rice and fried plantains. A soft drink or beer can accompany your meal. Open daily 6 a.m.-8 p.m.
