Most tours that come pulling into Cabo de la Vela in big buses originate in Riohacha or Santa Marta. There are no operators in this hamlet, but you can ask around to see if anyone is interested in chauffeuring you out to Pilón de Azúcar or Parque Eólico Jepirachi, or in taking you for a boat ride along the coast or on Laguna de Utta. You will have to negotiate the price for these services.
