Señor Gómez is the only person in this small village that formally hires out his car and launch for trips to near-by attractions. The land vehicle fits up to six persons and the sea (with life jackets) up to seven. If there is fewer than the minimum number, the cost is split amongst all the passengers. To Pilón de Azúcar or El Faro is $2.65 (minimum of four); he will pick you up at the time you specify for the return journey. To Parque Eólico, with a 30-minute wait, is $26.50 round trip, minimum six persons. By sea to Pilón is $37 for the whole boat. To both El Faro and Pilón de Azúcar, a three-hour trip, is $10.50 per person (up to seven) or $75 for all.
