Restaurante La Negra is one of the very few real restaurants in Manaure. At lunch time, the tables inside and out on the sidewalk are crowded with people chowing down on the comida corriente, which includes soup, choice of meat, beans or lentils, salad and yucca (beef $2.65, fish $3.20-3.70). An unusual feature in these parts is the accompanying drink. At dinner hour, only the bandeja, or main course is served. Open daily, 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
