On the beach are a half dozen or more inns; most are closed out of season. They range from camping and hammock places to romantic cabaña get-aways. Expect your shower to be a toss-water affair. Many provide you with mosquito net. Electricity is a bit scarce along here, so be sure you have a flashlight (torch) and extra candles with you. As the nearest restaurants are up by the highway one kilometer (0.6 miles) away, some hostels have cooking facilities. Call the hotel where you will be staying beforehand so it may arrange for your visit and orientate you.
