Some of them are scam artists posing as tour operators who have taken brochures from reputable companies and pretend they are associated with those companies. Head straight to the tourism office (the yellow building located off to the left) to make sure you get an accredited guide. The office staff can provide you with maps and prices. Whale-watching tours should cost about $12 per person. A tour that covers all of Cascajal Island will cost around $45.
