The last colors of the setting sun have long faded and complete night arrived. The bartender is pouring a drink from the tap. At a table beneath palm trees, friends nurse their beers over a quiet conversation. The cool blue light of the dancefloor gleams upon a couple swaying as one to the sensual rhythm of Cuban son. There's no hassle here at the Kiosko El Caído del Sol, no door charge (well, this beach bar has no door) and no minimum consumption. Just chill with a cold drink and the music--salsa, son and jazz--flowing on the breeze. Open daily 8 p.m.-1 a.m.
