At the bend of the beach road, not too far from the Arco del Morro, is a double row of kiosk restaurants, all serving a fish comida corriente for $2.65. The menu of the fourth-on-the-right resturant might catch your eye. Not only does its proprietor, dona Nata, also prepare à la carte sea food dishes, like crayfish, oysters, squid, shrimp, clams and crabs ($4.20-13) and lobster ($11-21), but other meats that distinguishes her from the rest. Ready to try a bit of wild game? She further prepares animales del monte: familiar ones--rabbit and venison--as well as more exotic ones--rapoza (fox), tatabra (wild pig) and guatín.
