There are no tour operators presently in Tumaco. A handful of travel agencies can take care of your needs in buying flight tickets or tour packages for other, hotter Colombian destinations. For now, everything is pretty much do-it-yourself. However, SENA is training economically disadvantaged persons to be guides, as part of the development of tourism, now that Tumaco is a Special Port, Ecotourism and Biodiversity District.
