The city is well known for its music, and there are several music shops downtown, just off Carrera 3. Since Ibagué is a large city, it also has a few good shopping centers, such as Centro Comercial Multicentro (Av. El Jordan, Ca. 64 Centro), Comercial La Quinta (Cra. 5, 29-32) and Centro Comercial Combeim (Cra. 3, 12-54).
