This pleasantly decorated café and restaurant is one of the classier places to taste authentic caleño cuisine. More of a dinner spot than lunch, Valluca has a variety of special regional dishes. A popular dish here is the “arroz atoyado,” a delicious casserole that resembles a risotto with chicken, sausage, and potatoes. All of the main plates are filling and reasonably priced.
