If you absolutely positively have to stay downtown - and there are plenty of reasons not to - then you may well find yourself checking into one of a number of hotels that may have been fine in times past, but now seem dated and claustrophobic. What may have been stylish in the 1970's has aged badly but your money will find you housed in a 50 room highrise close to the city's museums. Breakfast is included as are all taxes and insurance.

From the Bus station catch any bus going downtown. From the airport catch a bus to the Bus Terminal or you will find yourself $25 out of pocket. From here a cab will get you downtown for $3. The hotel is close to the Buenaventura Theater
