You can’t beat the location, price, atmosphere, or view of Hotel Bolivar Plaza. This clean hotel has 18 rooms on three floors of a building that faces La Basílica. All rooms include cable T.V., internet, breakfast, and a private bath with hot water. Ask for one of the rooms facing the church. It will be a bit noisier, but you can’t beat the view.
