The best place to acquire tourist information is at the information booth in the bus terminal, which is at the top of the stairs upon arrival to the terminal. The agents here are very attentive and helpful. They will provide you with maps, handouts, and all the tourist information you need to enjoy the fruits of the city. Banks, ATM's, postal services, pharmacies, and internet are best found around Plaza Bolívar or along the pedestrian mall. The city's best hospital is a short ten blocks from Plaza Bolívar to the north.
