The city’s tourism office, Corporación de Cultura y Turismo de Armenia (Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-noon and 2-6:30 p.m. Tel: 741-2991/3144), is located in the alcaldía (Cra. 17, 16-00, Centro Administrativo Municipal CAM). Alternatively, you can get tourist information from the booth in the bus terminal, which is at the top of the stairs. The agents there are very attentive and helpful, and can provide you with maps, handouts and any other pertinent information you might need.

Banks, ATMs, postal services, pharmacies and Internet hubs are found around Plaza Bolívar or along the pedestrian mall. Armenia’s public hospital is Hospital San Juan de Dios (corner of Av. Bolívar and Ca. 17N. Tel: 749-3500).
