A decent, economical option in El Centro, Los Sauces has 22 rooms — all with a private bath with hot water, television and radio. The bathrooms are very tiny, but functional, and the beds here are very soft. Although it is located in the industrial heart of the city, this is a clean and comfortable option for travelers on a budget. It is close to all the major city sites and the bus terminal.
To get here: From Plaza Bolívar, walk downhill three blocks on Calle 23. The hotel is on your right.
