Pereira’s international airport, the largest in the region, is located a short 20 minutes from the city center (about $5 by taxi). The city’s bus terminal is new, clean and an easy, safe 20 minute walk from Plaza Bolívar. Pereira is just an hour from Salento, Armenia and Manizales, about four hours from Cali and six from Bogotá.
