This brand new shopping mall just a block from the Plaza Bolívar is still filling up with modern stores and food stalls. Retail and electronics stores are on the top three floors, and there’s a variety of food options (fast food, bakery goods, and Russian desserts and sweets) downtairs. There is free wi-fi in the downstairs atrium, and plenty of tables and chairs to rest your feet.
