Its name deserves a prize, as does its monstrously delicious trout and patacón. This place is no secret to locals and tourists. If you ask anyone where to go for the best trout in town, you'll come here. Super Patacón is right on the square, with modest but clean red and white decor, and its food is grand in both senses: it's enormous, and it's tasty. Depending on how you order the trout, it will come in a sizzling and bubbling soup with garlic and mushrooms, or sit right on top of the big yellow chip. Use pieces of patacón to scoop up your fish and enjoy!
