Awful Guides
The guides were more interested in talking to each other than showing animals. Lodge comfort and facilities were fine, but you don't go to Cuyabeno for the amenities. Overall, the tour staff gave an impression of being totally uninterested in finding animals, and the side trips (to a local village and a shaman) were reminiscent of an amusement park. Wouldn't recommend this.

Life at its purest
This was a experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life, to be in this environment and see mother nature at is best was educational and a feast to the eyes and mind. The lodge was surprising and pleasently a retreat to blaf about to our fellow men in every sense of the world.
