La Napolitana is a vast restaurant and is a good choice if you're ravenous. The restaurant is patronized by families and by Macas teenagers, who wolf down pizzas the size of cartwheels and then wash them down with bottles of soda. On the menu are also “mega-parilladas” ($30), to share between four people, or filling dishes like pastas or rice with shrimp. The fish (tilapia, trout or corbina al jugo) comes highly recommended. Service is rather slow, though.
