This Spanish-run jungle bunker is situated on a hill overlooking the Rio Napo. Views of the river make this the location ideal for a village experience. The hostal sleeps 50 people in rooms with private baths, solar-heated hot water, fans, laundry, internet, parking lot and safes. Stop off on the first floor at the restaurant for a good meal.

To relax and have fun in the jungle

All was perfect when I were there. Clean rooms, incredible staff, amazing food, lot of fun, sport, adventure and discovery. Guides are so kind and know so much about plants and animals. Everything was OK. I thank all the staff of the hotel. I won't never forget this experience. To discover the Ecuadorian jungle, there is not best option (cheap and good) than the Albergue espanol.

A wonderful place

To stay in El Albergue Español was very plaisant, with clean and confortable rooms, a nice staff and the tours to the jungle lodge by canoe that they organize are a real adventure to learn a lot about nature and culture, with an incredible guide called Hernan.
