Right off the main road from Baños - Puyo and the entrance to the path down to Paión del Diablo, Restaurante Las Hortensias offers typical Ecuadorian cuisine like trout, grilled chicken and churrascos (beef with a fried egg on top). This restaurant is a perfect place to park your bike or scooter and catch your breath before heading down to see the waterfall.
