A family-run hotel with some of the cheapest rates in Baños, Hostal Residencial Lucy has dark, dank rooms with saggy mattresses and tiny bathrooms. On the plus side, it is well located right between the two plazas and half a block from the supermarket with cable TV in every room. There is no checkout time; you can leave whenever you want.
Prices double during Carnival (end of February) and Semana Santa (the week leading up to Easter).
