Getting to and away from Baños

This spa town is a popular weekend trip from Quito. The bus ride from Quito takes approximately 4 hours, and costs about $4. Companies that make the trip from Quito’s Terminal Terrestre include Baños, Amazonas, and Alausí.

There are frequent connections from Baños to Riobamba (1 hour ride) and Guayaquil (about 5 hours and $4).
