Specializing in culinary creations from Switzerland and other parts of Europe, this newly opened restaurant features an extensive menu that is sure to please even the most difficult of palates.

Some might say that their meat or cheese fondues are a highlight, but you would have to first try the Beef Stroganov, Chicken Cordon Bleu or fresh Steamed Trout, to be sure. Of course, you would probably also have to sample one of their delicious soups or salads as well.

What is certain, however, is that no meal is complete without one of the Swiss Bistro's desserts, which are sure to tickle the sweet-tooth. Choose from a variety of treats, including special Swiss ice cream and banana flambé.

The restaurant also features a variety of Argentian and Chilean wines, beers, juices and gourmet coffees (and of course hot chocolate!).

For the little ones, there is a set children's menu, highlights including french fries and ice cream -- a sure win with just about any munchkin.

Nous avons passé 3 jours magnifique à Baños, merci a Thomas et à Patrick pour nous avoir gâtés avec leur attention cordiale et leur délicieux plats. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Nous recommandons ce petit coin suisse à tout le monde.

Après une chaleureuse bienvenue de la part de Thomas, patrick et son Equipe, nous avons apprécié la qualité d'un bon service d'une excellente cuisine (nous avons dégusté des roestis comme à la maison, une fondue au fromage parfaite et enfin des bons vins en Equateur). Quel plaisir! Merci pour ces moments de bien-être et bonne chance avec votre nouveau restaurant.
