Hotel Bolívar is another good option for those staying in Guaranda. Rooms are clean and quiet and well priced, between 8 and 16 dollars per night. Plus there is a restaurant and café attached, which sets it apart from other accommodations in the area. It is handy spot to relax with an afternoon coffee or catch a breakfast before a day of exploring the area.
