A very basic but super friendly option run by a local family, Pachu Mama is the last stop on the left as you approach the crater. Four upstairs rooms are surprisingly warm for the area as heat is carried up and radiated through a large metal pipe. $8 pp including all meals, also small shop where you can buy water and snacks if you’re just passing through before a hike.
