A seemingly popular spot next to San Carlos on the plaza, directly across the square from the church. Almuerzos, ceviches, crab, meriendas, encebollados and typical plates for cheap. In a hurry? Grab a cuy or roasted pig part to go from the lady grilling just outside on the sidewalk.
