Pizzeria San Valentin is a downhome, pizza joint that has shadows of an old-school American pizza place, with tasty pizzas, chilled beers and a jukebox to boot.

While its trademark is pizza, San Valentin also serves standard pizzaria fare such as mozzarella sticks and special french bread calzones. San Valentin also serves up mexican food, and while not the hot spicy mexican that you´ll get if say you were in mexico, its some of the better Mexican food you´ll find in Ecuador.

A favorite spot for locals to throw back a few beers and chill out, San Valentin also sees its fair share of gringos, as it is on, Avenida Leon Borja, the main drag in town. Although a good, comfortable and casual restaurant for just about anyone, families going for dinner should get there early as the place fills up by about 9 pm, and the music grows louder with each hour.
