Local hotspot Café Arté lives up to its name with good food, great art and eclectic music. A variety of rotating artwork--from modern paintings to photo exhibits-- cover the walls. The funky decor includes mosaic floor tiles, candles and rustic wooden tables (with matching wooden menus).

On Friday and Saturday nights the place transforms into a live music mecca, booking reputable musicians (local and regional) from a variety of genres, including rock, jazz and flamenco.

The café is not as cheap as other eating or drinking establishments in town, but it's well worth it for the most eclectic atmosphere and experience in town.  The menu includes a range of options, from lavish salads to Mexican dishes and Western-style roasted chicken. You can indulge in Filet Mignon for $5 or try tacos or burritos for $3. Café Arté also has hamburgers (for $1.80), veggie burgers and simple sandwiches.

With a full bar in house you can have a glass of wine for $1.50 or test out one of the delicious cocktails like the Mona Lisa, Van Gogh or El Greco, all of which cost between $2.50 and $3. You can top the night off with an Irish Coffee for $2.50 or a cup of fresh coffee for 80 cents.
