One of several leather shops on Ca. 10 de Agosto, Manufacturas Flores can be easily recognized by the hand-crafted saddle out front. It’s notable from the other leather shops in the unusual items it offers, including leather drums and massive whole cow skins.

For those with slightly more practical needs, it has the widest selection of leather handbags in the area ($25-40), as well as belts ($10-14) and hats ($15). It’s slightly more upscale than other shops in the area, but it also contains a special discount bin.

All prices are subject to discount based on your bargaining skills, and most major credit cards are accepted. The shop is open seven days a week from 9:30 a.m. – 7 p.m., but has been known to close around 1:30 p.m. for siesta.

Getting There: From the main plaza follow Ca. Gonzalez Suarez to Ca. 10 de Agosto, it's just a couple of shops up to the right.
